]]>2008-03-14 10:41:46.244557 Just got back from a marathon driving vacation to LA. Over the weekend i drove down to Long Beach to party with some friends of mine. It was a warm 80 degrees with clear blue skies and an occasional beachy breeze. Was nice to be back down there for a little while and chill with friends. Went and saw a few movies, and wandered around my former home. T'was fun. but it was a loooong drive. way way too long... im flying next time lol.

20 hours in the car not so fun when your the only driver.

]]>2008-02-06 11:06:59.073655 Over the weekend I moved from Eugene to Corvallis. which was a pain cuz i moved everything in one day. not only trying to move everything in one day but i had to move stuff from downstairs up, then up to the 3rd floor to my new place.

but any way im nearly settled, just have to hook up my electronics and such.

the new place is up on 11th a block or two past harison.
its on the 3rd floor and has floor to celing windows and a balcony.
2bed 1 bath, pretty big lliving room / dinning room area.
tiny ass kitchen lol.

im pretty happy with it cept for the light fixtures, as they are too dim. might just go buy a bunch of lamps.

But anyways since im realatively new to corvallis and dont know my way arround,
if any one has any secret knowledge of corvallis like where the best pizza is or where the best places to shop, id like to hear it. :)

]]>2007-09-10 11:44:26.084847 Went down to Grants Pass this weekend to visit my family and to see spiderman 3 with them. was pretty fun, my my younger brother and 2 sisters all went to see it together. I was kinda disapointed with it though. It was still a great super hero movie, but I felt it was starting to go the way the batman movies did, with too many villians. If They had some second rate villins that spidey beat quick then we concentrated on the gooby 2 and venom then maybe it would have been better. but throwing gblin 2 and sandman and venom all in the same movie was a bit much considering the importance of 2 of the characters. The ending just felt a lil rushed. Im sure the game play of the video game though due to the movies stucture ought to be fun. lots of stuff to do with out the repetative ness of similar boss fights taht spidey 2 suffered from. though i hear that the camera system was really buggy as is the collision detection....*shrug* i know how difficult each of those systems are so i dont fault them considereing the game was rushed to meet the mvoies release date.

Im going to try to start up on final fantasy xi again.... if i can get the time to do so.... i probably would play alot more if only it didnt eat so much of my time.... as itis it seems that i never have enough time while at home. *shrug* oh well.

I need to decide what class im going to take to 75 though. White mage just isnt cutting it. though once i get the rest of my tele spells at least ill be able to make some cash in the game quicker.
