Mizz E or just E for short. I'm into the sophisticated forms of relaxation. I'm a martini enthusiast. So much so that to hear me talk you might think I was a lush, but I rarely have more than one. I keep a well stocked bar at home and am gaining a reputation for my Whore House Martini's. I didn't name them that, but it's a fitting title as they are attractive to the eye, often very sweet, and can leave you flat on your back. I don't believe in more than a few drops of any kind juice in my concoctions and the higher the proof the better. I have an assortment of martini glasses in different sizes and shapes to suit my varying relaxation needs. You'll never see a martini glass by my computer as this is hardly artful and I virtually never drink alone as this is just not interesting.
What do I take with my martini? Usually one or more of the following; jazz, sometimes blues, a great movie from any time period, frequently cheese or other noshables, great company when I can get it, a dip in the hot tub, and once in a great while another martini.
The cocktail is an original American creation and is 200 years old this year. Apparently prohibition really stunted the development of the cocktail and many mixologists feel that we are just now returning to the glory of what was before some idiot decided we were better off dry. I hear that the Bellagio in Vegas serves "destination cocktails". Music to my ears!
Someday, when I win the lottery, I'd love to open a Sss-wank-E cocktail lounge that offers an exotic variety of drinks and an indulgent array of side-kick nibbles to go with them.

No I don't mean a shirt or being smacked by a Parisian. Though having one with one while wearing one would be sublime.
1.5 oz Creme de Violette
3-4 oz Dry Champagne
Enchante!
