LABA is the Latin American Business Association at Columbia University Graduate School of Business Our Mission The aim of the Latin American Business Association (LABA) is twofold: to promote friendship among Latin-American business students and students interested in Latin-American issues and to sponsor activities that introduce students to the possibilities of employment in Latin America. There are two parties held by LABA throughout the academic year. One in the fall, namely on October 12th at the China Club, NYC and another in the spring for which the date and location will be posted. *********************************************************************************************** The China Club is a premiere New York nightlife spot and mega-club, and host to celebrities and high profile parties. There you can bump and grind to hip-hop, pop and reggaeton. The VIP section wraps around the dance floor, where you may see a couple B-list celebs, being ultra cool. The Jade Terrace on the third floor is its best attraction with an awesome view of Time Square. There is a small bar in the corner and a few marble Buddha carvings to complement the Asian motif.
