It's said that from a very young age, girls are given the impression that thin is good, and the skinnier you are, the better. Even four year old girls, when given the choice between a Barbie and thicker version, will choose the skinny one. I know it's a bad thing, with all the concern for negative self images and what not, but if I could, I would trade my HP Laptop for a Mac Air anytime. :-) They just look nice!!!

Ever feel like you've accomplished so much for your age until you see someone who has done the same thing or more when they were about half your age? Britney Spears was an international star by the time she was 16. Mozart wrote this first symphony when he was 4. And this gal got her veternarian college degree at age ten. When I was ten, I was still having a hard time doing long division.

Media like this disgusts me. I'm sure she is pretty but she is wayyy too skinny. She doesn't even look like she eats, she resembles starving women in africa. She probably genetically has a super fast metabolism, on top of starving herself. There isn't a trace of any muscles on her body. I would never, EVER want to be that thin. Role MODELS?!PUH-lease.
