Forget the gym, I'll just throw on high heels.
I came across an article today (ABC NEWs) that claimed that not only do wearing high heels attract men, they can also benefit women as well. Standing at a 15 degree angle to the ground ( 3 inch heels) improves the pelvis strength and ability to contract. "We now hope to prove that wearing heels during daily activity may reduce the need for pelvic exercises," says Dr. Cerruto.
