What's in a Naughty Girl?!!

I had it once a loooong time ago at a lounge downtown Portland, but can't even remember what it was called or how I got there, I just remember it being the most amazing girlie drink ever.

It's been almost a year now, and I still occassionally challenge bartenders to see if they know how to make it...it doesn't help that I have no idea what was in it.

Happy Hour food

I haven't really thought about the purpose of a happy hour menu, but I just assume it's something nice restuarants do during the day, and at night they are making enough money from drinks that they can serve cheap food. Usually the stuff on the menus are deep fried, easy to make (no changes allowed), etc. However, last Saturday made me question the intentions of happy hour food. Are they just getting rid of leftovers at night? I ordered Spicy Tuna Sushi Rolls and a hummus plate at Jake's Grill and got severely sick afterwards. I'm not sure if it was the food, but that has never happened to me before. So what's the deal?

Is it all silliness?

Drinking and driving is illegal, duh.
So why don't bars have their own taxis?!
If bars can get shut down for serving alcohol to underaged customers, why can't they get shut down for serving alcohol to people who they KNOW are going to get into their cars and drive away?
There is probably a very simple and sensible explanation to all this, but I just can't figure it right now.
