My take on that is this: If you don't eat some "rabbit food" now and then, that is ALL you will be able to eat one day. So, get a Whopper Jr. and chase it with a huge salad!

The problem with "health food" isn't the food or the health, its that the phrase has been co opted by companies that create condensed "food product material" and call it "health food".

"Healthy food" won't make you sick, in my opinion, whereas "Health food" is quite likely to be bad for you.
