MyStrands not displaying playing track or info

I've got MyStrands installed, I've synched my library; however, when I play something in iTunes, nothing displays in the MyStrands interface.

I can use the playlist creator to find similar music & create playlists. The tag cloud comes up blank even if I select community tags.

Is this a known issue? I don't see anything in the FAQ...

Before we can answer, we need a bit more information. Could you please send some information about what operating system you're using, and which version of MyStrands you have to our support team at support@musicstrands.com? We'll post the answer when we know what happened.
