iPod-songs not updated

Another iPod-sync-question.
Songs I played on my iPod are immediately updated in my 'recently played'-list.

However, after some days, they still aren't updated in my 'all time'-lists.

Am I doing something wrong? Any recommendations are welcome!

Sync with IPod-question

When I sync my I-Pod with MyStrands, the songs I played with my I-pod are indeed added to my 'recently-played'-list.

However, they don't figure in my All Time-toplists, which seemed based by the music I play when listening to I-tunes with my computer.

Do the I-pod-plays not count for the All Time-toplists or is anything wrong with my software?

Leopard/OS X Bug

If you upgraded to the latest version of Mac OS ("Leopard") you will notice that there is a bug with our client that keeps it opening on these machines. Our guys are working on a fix as we speak and should have a fix posted soon!

Multiple machine support?

I love the fact that MyStands can keep track of all of my plays across multiple machines. I only wish that it didn't ask me to resync the library of each machine as each machine has its own separate library.

Any chance this will be fixed in the future?

Community cloud?

Why is the Community cloud for my entire library always blank? I'm sync'd with 50k songs.

What does this message mean? I'm seeing it frequently.

settings restrict our recommendations.
Please enjoy this grab bag suggestion.

I don't see any way to control filters in the interface of the app or online.

Odd Behavior with iTunes

I installed the discovery program, but it doesn't seem to be doing anything. when I open itunes the discovery ikon pops and but then disappears. i re-downloaded it and it had no effect. do you have any suggestions?

playlists

Is anyone else getting playlists that aren't as good as they used to be? I tend to make playlists based on artists (not tracks as seeds). My playlists in the new version are nowhere near as good as they were in the previous version. Any tips for how I can improve them given I tend to make them with 3 artists?

I have the current version, but on both pc's MyStrands is telling me a new version is ready--and I am already current. Just fyi.

MyStrands not displaying playing track or info

I've got MyStrands installed, I've synched my library; however, when I play something in iTunes, nothing displays in the MyStrands interface.

I can use the playlist creator to find similar music & create playlists. The tag cloud comes up blank even if I select community tags.

Is this a known issue? I don't see anything in the FAQ...
