New company logo

I've been thinking for a while my company needs a new logo and the other day while brainstorming a few ideas I came up with:
Not entirely sure why the little devil character seemed right, but it fits - and the colour scheme is just for show. Maybe a potential business card? Just need to find a good font now to finish it properly!
I've been listening to quite a lot of Keane and Snow Patrol this week... the two new albums by each have really grown on me. Does that mean I'm becoming middle of the road, or are they actually pretty good albums?
