Attention Country Music Fans

I grew up just outside of Nashville, TN, so country music has always been one of my favorite genres. I would like to recommend a new artist to any country fans that might be on this site. This artist is the 2006 Nashville Star winner, Chris Young. I went to high school with this guy and have heard him sing several times. He is very talented. His first single, Drinkin' Me Lonely, was just released. Hopefully it will become a huge success.

Yes, ladies and gentlemen, today was the day that the first list of Bonnaroo performers was announced! Every year I say I will go and then I never do. This year I HAVE to go. Seriously, you can't go wrong with performers like:
Radiohead, Tom Petty, Beck, Elvis Costello, Bonnie Raitt, Death Cab for Cutie, moe, Bright Eyes, Bela Fleck, Ben Folds, Matisyahu, My Morning Jacket, Ricky Scaggs, Nickel Creek, Blues Traveler, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, The Magic Numbers, Shooter Jennings, Robinella, and I-Nine.
That's just the ones that I've heard of and liked. Double that and you have the first list. Then more will be added later! Wow...I'm just too excited right now!

I thought I'd lost them forever...

I am always looking for new music. A few months ago I heard a band that was pretty good, but I never did get their name. Well, today while I was clicking around this site I FOUND THEM!! That just made my day so much better! The band is called Waking Ashland. You should check them out. Maybe you will like them, too.
