I love Corn-vally....

I come from the mid-west... and the rain sure can be miserable here in Corvallis... but it is still so beautiful. Especially in the summer. A great place to hike, ride bike, fish, swim, anything out doors. Or even sitting at a window looking outside at the beautiful scenery. It is kinda cool in the winter too when the rain runs down the window pane and you just want to snuggle up with a good guy/movie/book!

I have lived here for 14 years and would never move away. It is so beautiful. An hour to the coast or an hour to the mountains... I couldn't ask for more!

I don't think there is anyplace in the country that can even compare to the Pacific NW.

The summers here are truly amazing. I would rather be Oregon for their summer than anywhere else in the world...but I wouldn't mind escaping for a few days to our neighboring sunny california during the rainy season!
