Indy Rock: From Hendrix to Human Signals
Human Signals is guitar rock at its core but has diverse influences. From 2 chord rock to ethnic scales, from instrumentals to poetic lyrics.
Those who know me, know that I'm a sucker for classic American rock music, ala Jimi Hendrix and Joe Satriani. In the '70s and early '80s the electric guitar reached its apex as an instrument and as a musical style. Human Signals has resurrected this classic instrument with its original force.
Check out a few of Human Signal's tracks:
- Oh Thumb!
- Jack Buddy
- Or Midbar
Their latest works are have an ethnic influence, which is unusual -- but not so unusual that it can't cross political and cultural boundries.
