stop...stop! STOP ALREADY!

~ November 30, 2007 at 9:22 (Views: 90 )

Malls across Australia are no longer allowing Santa to say Ho Ho Ho...these bastards want to change it to Ha Ha Ha! Their lame-ass excuse? Ho Ho Ho is "too harsh" and scaring the poor widdle childwen. You have got to be shitting me. You do realize that this phenomenon will sweep across the US like wildfire.

Man, this drive me nuts. Society is going overboard on the "protect children" front. Some schools are banning sports because they're worried that poor little Johnny will get picked last and his little feelings will get hurt. Other schools are banning the game of tag from the playground because not all kids are cut out to play tag and watching those who can will hurt their little feelings. No more sporting events where one child can come in "1st" because all the others who participated will have their little feelings hurt because they didn't win.

FUCK!

Society is creating an entire generation of emo kids who'll have no idea how to cope with loss or injury and will collectively jump off the Golden Gate Bridge.

Dave now realizes that he should have been more specific when he asked for directions to Buffalo.

Who Knew?

~ November 12, 2007 at 9:00 (Views: 41 )

My great aunt, my Dad's aunt, Geneva A. Kirk. She passed away on Friday, November 2, at the ripe old age of 90. I have vague memories of Geneva from Thanksgivings of yesteryear, but I had no idea she did all of these amazing things. I was related to an icon, and never knew it.

I was going to paste the obituary here, but this system has a 5000 character limit...this exceeds the limit by far.
